Roger D. Layne is a graduate of The Nashville School of Law where he attended classes at night and worked for Davis, Kessler & Davis during the day as the firm’s Law Clerk. Roger began working for Davis, Kessler & Davis in 2012 assisting the firm with legal research, drafting pleadings, and writing legal briefs. After law school, Roger became an associate at the firm where he has been practicing law since 2015 representing clients in many areas of the law such as personal injury, criminal defense, bankruptcy, and family law. Roger’s main focus and passion is being a trial lawyer who zealously represents his clients in the courtroom.

Roger Layne is a member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee State Courts and Federal Courts.
